Tapeworks designed kit 4221 as a very simple, elegant, and complimentary
alteration of the stock silver R1. Our goal was to give the silver R1 a
graphics look similar to the blue 2002 R1 that people would mistake for
factory. We think we succeeded!! Let us know what you think.
We have a new color ,#128 Pewter, that is a fantastic match to the slightly
dark silver that comes stock on this R1.
So here's what we've done:
- On the flat black lower fairing: added #128 Pewter graphics with #114
Carbon Charcoal shadows
- On the silver gas tank we do the opposite: #122 Flat Black graphics with
#114 Carbon Charcoal shadows
- Front and Rear Number plates in #122 Flat Black
- R1s to install on the front and rear number plates in #114 Carbon Charcoal
- YZFs and belly YAMAHAs in #122 flat black
Very Simple.
Wait until you see it installed on your bike! Looks
better than factory.
