We have been able to extend the UV fade resistance up to 2 years (ordinary flourescent tapes can start to fade after only 3 months) by incorporating a micro-metallic finish along with a thicker pigment layer.

At 3/8" wide (the perfect width for rims) and 25 feet long (enough striping to do both wheels of any street or dirt bike), you get everything you need for maximum visibility. It adheres superbly to almost any surface: raw metal ... painted metal and plastic ... anodized, brushed, and polished aluminum ... chrome-plated parts.
