Look below and you will see Generic kit 5528 "Flames 4" installed on at least 8 different motorcycles (so far), in a variety of colors, and they all look superb.

The point is this ...... Generic kits are NOT designed specific to any bike. They should install on just about any bike, any model, any color.

Wear these flames and you will burn everybody up! Logos (like Kawasaki and Honda) sold separately.

Flames Generic kits are simple to install because it really doesn't matter how you arrange the flame pieces on the bodywork. Since real flames are not symmetrical, you don't have to install these symmetrically left and right side either if you don't want to. Wherever it looks right to you is where you should install them. Now that's fun!

Design tip -
- For a 'GHOST' look, order the kit in a color similar to your bike color. That way the flames will appear more subtle (i.e. Red on Red, Silver on Silver, Blue on Blue). See kits 5528a, 5528b, 5528d, 5528e, 5528g.
- For a 'WOW' look, order the kit in a color that contrasts with your bike color. That way the flames will JUMP off the bike (i.e. Black on Red, Black on Yellow). See kit 5528c, 5528f.

kit 5528-116, #116 Flexi-Chrome, $239

Installed on a stock silver 2002 ZZR1200. This Chrome-on-Silver installation is just plain COOL! At certain angles and depending on what is reflecting off it, the chrome changes from low key to high profile. Very COOL!

kit 5528-004, #4 Silver, "Super-Ghost", $179

Installed on a stock silver 2002 ZZR1200. This Silver-on-Silver installation is the MOST subtle Ghost Flame install we've ever done. What's really cool is depending on how the light hits it, the silver is almost impossible to see. Take a look at these 4 photos to get a better idea.

kit 5528-128, #128 Pewter, $179

Installed on a stock silver 2002 ZZR1200. This Pewter-on-Silver installation is very classy, and produces an easy to see color with slightly deeper contrast than silver against the silver bike color.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Installed on a stock blue 2003 VTR1000. #128 Pewter is a great match to the OEM decals on this Honda. Here is another great color combo to consider. VERY NICE!

kit 5528-122, #122 Flat Black, $179

Installed on a stock silver 2002 ZZR1200. Flat Black on Silver is just plain AWESOME!

See it on a customer bike! Skip Condon's CBR1000RR

Who would ever think of doing flat black flames? Flames aren't supposed to be black!! Or are they? The pictures here are great and yet there is no way the camera can pick up on the effect that the non glossy black has against the glossy paints of these bikes. Enjoy!!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

5528-122, Flat Black on Red is equally fantastic. Here is 5528f installed on a red HONDA VTR1000. Looks GOOD!!

(Flat black front and rear number plates not included)

Now here is 5528-122, Flat Black on a blue 2004 600RR. Ties in beautifully with black frame.

How about 5528-122, Flat Black on a yellow 2003 600RR. Fantastic color contrast and it looks right at home on this bike. Check this out!!

kit 5528-037, #037 Tuning Fork Blue, $179

Installed on a stock blue 2003 VTR1000. Using Tuning Fork Blue on this new Honda blue produced yet another very cool ghost flame example! The blue almost takes on a flip-flop appearance against this blue Honda, seeming to shift from one shade of blue to another. The picture here is great and yet there is no way the camera can pick up on the effect. COOL!

kit 5528-003, #003 Metallic Charcoal, $179

Installed on a stock 2004 red R1
kit 5528-115, #115 Purple Luster, $179

Installed on a stock 2004 black ZX10R
kit 5528-078, #078 Fluorescent Green, $179

Installed on a stock 2004 blue ZX10R
As with all Generic kits, the pieces are designed oversize to overhang off the fairing edges and into duct openings. Finish trimming we leave up to you but, a little cut here, a little overlap there, some trimming to finish it off, and you'll come out with something truly special.

Changing Colors

Any solid color kit can be produced in any of over 100 colors so just because a kit may show in black for example, doesn't mean you can't have it produced in fluorescent green if you desire... Click here to see our Color Chart.
