Here is my 2001 Black YZF600R with kit 4155. I've never liked the 2001-2002 Black/Gray paint scheme (reminded me too much of my neighbor's two-tone Chevy Caprice) so had painted the lower section a matching black soon after I bought the bike. Occasionally felt like it needed a bit more pizzazz though, and always liked the 4155 pattern, which I recently realized was a close copy of the year 2000 Blue/White scheme, my favorite of all the Blue/White versions. That's always been my favorite of all the blue/white schemes, so I'm sure that's why this kit is my favorite as well..

Looking at your site more recently I saw that the colors could be changed, which I hadn't noticed before. Time to act.  I wanted a more subdued scheme, that also didn't compete with the silver frame. I went with #3 Charcoal  over #114 CarbonCharcoal and think it looks absolutely great, just what I had in mind. Looks like it could be OEM, but is also unique. The logos on the bike were already silver, so I didn't need to overlay them, but did appreciate having the logos for the lower section, since the originals had been peeled off when that was painted.

Thanks for the speedy service. A satisfied customer, Mike
